Innovate. Lead. Inspire. Sodexo is seeking a talented and innovative General Manager 3 of Food Service for our Comcast Media, located in Centennial, CO area. Sodexo services offers a full service café serving approx. 900 customers and provides catering. This account serves breakfast, lunch and operates 5 days a week (Monday – Friday). This position will supervise approximately 6 Sodexo employees.

The General Manager 3, main responsibilities are the day to day operation of the full service café and catering. This role will supervise Sodexo employees, must follow Sodexo programs, standard food safety policies & financial administrative duties. Food and labor cost control, exceptional customer service, leadership skills and marketing strategy; also this role will ensure culinary standards and will collaborates with the Area District Manager to ensure customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate should have:

*About 3-5 years of food service management/operation exp

*Must have menu planning and development exp and knowledge of sustainability and wellness.

*Candidate must have exceptional customer service, professional, personable, organization skills and good communication skills.

*Must have experience with P&L or Fee account, financial responsibility including budget & Food and Labor cost

*Experience delivering quality food during catering events and managing multiples catering events

*Experience Managing and training staff

*Experience with Food Safety Policies.

Position Summary

Directs all contract management service operations at a single account/unit. Plans and supervises special functions. Maintains cash control and payroll records. Hires and trains unit personnel. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations. Manages through managers and is accountable for the contract. Senior-most person assigned to a one client account.

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Management Experience - 3 years

Basic Functional Experience - 4 years
