Sodexo is hiring for a Single eXPress Manager 2 for Kaleida Health Hospital located in Buffalo NY. The Service Response Center manages more than 60,000 calls per year. Ability to process and review data and strong experience in Excel is preferred. Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - Associate's Degree

Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in functional areas such as call center technology, computer applications, process improvement, or related areas
