This is a Resource Manager position for up to 2 years - Can be located anywhere in the US located near a major airport.

Sodexo Campus Facilities is currently recruiting for several Operations Manager and Director of Facilities level Resource Managers. The position will support Sodexo Campus Facilities business on all levels including assisting sales, surveys, start-ups, and managing existing accounts. The ability to travel and potentially relocate regionally is required. This opportunity has the goal of placing the successful resource manager into a full time management position.

Best qualified candidate will have Hard FM experience, have some campus or schools facilities background, flexible with travel and relocation, and possess excellent customer service, communication, business acumen and computer skills.

Position will support new site survey's, transitions, openings and post-openings. Almost 100% travel required. Successful candidate will have experience in transitions, surveys and operations. Must have knowledge of college and university building type facilities. Knowledgeable in HVAC, boiler ops, electrical, plumbing, CMMS and all building maintenance operations. Must be computer literate (preferred candidate should be an advanced MS Project user), financially astute, possess good written and verbal communication skills. Be able to meet deadlines and work independently. May be asked to interact with clients. Minimum Requirements: 5 years as an operations manager of facilities. Preferred candidate can be located anywher in the US within 50 miles of a major airport
Position Summary:
Number two position at the account with responsibility for all operations. Assumes GM's responsibilities and authority in his/her absence. Supervises managers. Maintains customer satisfaction and good public relations.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in facilities maintenance, plant operations or engineering services

Sodexo will require a background check and may require a drug screen for this position.
