Unit Description

Sodexo is seeking an Environmental Services / Custodial Manager 2 for Anaheim Regional Medical Center in Anaheim, CA . Anaheim Regional Medical Center is a 240 bed acute care hospital with 1.1 million cleanable sq. feet. This is a 2nd shift position alternate weekends; some weekends and Holidays will be required. Relocation is not offered at this time.

The ideal candidate will have an understanding of Hospital, JCAHO, Floor-Care, Sodexo Systems, and other regulatory guidelines; previous custodial experience in a hospital environment, the ability to communicate well with all levels of individuals from patients to hospital administration; a commitment to customer service. Position Summary

Supervises hourly staff providing custodial service to client. Responsible for work force planning, Quality Assurance training and administrative functions for designated area. Typically reports to General Manager or Operations Manager.

Qualifications & Requirements

Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED

Basic Management Experience - 1 year
