Sodexo is seeking an Administrative Assistant 1 to support a team of 6 District Managers for Senior Living accounts located in Northeast. This position will ideally be located in our Allentown, Pennsylvania Regional Office. The Administrative Assistant will be involved in supporting several areas including finance, marketing, communications, travel arrangements, scheduling meetings and presentations.

We are looking for candidates who can:
understand and track data;
manage multiple projects while working independently.
The ideal candidate will have/be:
fluent in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint) and SharePoint;
solid written and verbal communication skills;
detailed oriented, flexible, and have the ability to manage multiple priorities; and
excellent organization, communication and project management skills.

Under direct supervision, provides general secretarial and administrative support to a department or group of professionals. Work is typically straightforward and administrative or clerical in nature. Compiles and analyzes basic information for inclusion in reports or presentation materials; prepares charts, graphs, or tables as necessary. Types letters, memos, reports and other types of correspondence. Organizes and maintains files and records. Arranges and schedules interviews, meetings and appointments.
Qualifications & Requirements
Basic Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
