Sodexo has (3) Audio Visual Production Manager opportunities located at awithin a large and active Federal Government conference center with over 160 rooms located at a facility in Alexandria, VA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tasked with the setup and running of a virtual meetings on the WebEx and Livestream platforms start to finish.

  • Responsible for the post-production aspect of any recorded event, including video editing and posting the file to a media server for distribution to the client.

You are/have experience:

  • Setup and configuration of WebEx meetings across agency conference rooms

  • Operation of cameras and video production switcher

  • Transport and setup of recording and web-casting equipment to unsupported rooms

  • Monitor WebEx meetings for audience technical issue

  • Recording and editing videos of events

  • Creating open captions for videos per request

  • Uploading media on internal servers for multiple departments

  • Maintaining log of files on the internal servers

  • Distributing video links of events to clients

  • Creating supplemental digital media for webcasts (lower 3rds, backgrounds, etc)

  • Support creation and distribution of links to WebEx and Livestream events

  • Responding to incoming virtual requests via our mailbox

  • Interfacing with clients to plan, setup, and coordinate virtual events

  • Scheduling Virtual team members to events

  • Creating and distributing event schedules for Virtual Team

Position Summary

Manages the provision of audio/visual services for client facility, including scheduling equipment maintenance, upgrading and renting equipment. May be responsible for phone system. Sets up/installs computers with assistance from on-site conference center support staff.

Qualifications & Requirements
